A Need!

It's quite a mystery why my triglycerides have shoot up to 500+ after 6 months of not eating eggs and beef. I know I haven't been diligent with my fish oil supplement, exercise, and green leafy diet. But really, to increase from 360+ to 500+?! Am I going to die soon with a heart attack?

And so I have two months to focus on being healthy... here is my plan:

  • no more fried foods
  • sweet treats only once a week (Oh God help me!)
  • exercise daily, 30 mins at least
  • eat more greens and fruits
  • water, water, water
  • try brown rice, eek!
  • take niacin and fish supplements daily
Please help me! I am no where near healthy... this must be why Leiko is but a dream =(

brown rice is actually good...haha. have actually gotten used to it. been eating it for the past 6 months now.

I hope to see some improvements soon :D

oi, T, please make good on that list. not very keen on brown rice too, but ben and i agreed we'll go back to it for good (we did it before). out with jasmine rice, in with brown rice!
