My husband has been convincing me to use this
nasal spray to moisten and clean my nasal passages. I have tried it once since I got here and boy did I almost pop my eardrums! But since my head felt like it was breaking into pieces the other day, I gave it another shot. And I like it now. Hopefully this will clear any congestion and would prevent any dizzy spells.
