I find it flattering to know that the life I am living now is a pure dream world for some. And so I said a little thank you, whispered words of praise and worship for all the wonderful things bestowed upon me. (Believe me, I never saw it that way before!)
The late Ninoy Aquino was right, despite being imprisoned in solitary confinement for seven years during the martial law, he saw that his blessings outweighed his miseries. I guess, we should not wait for that utter cruelty to hit us to even realize what we have.
I am happy. I am grateful. I am surviving. To some, it may be petty and insignificant but to the people who matters to me I am wife, mom, sister, daughter, and friend. The roles that define me evolved through time. Now, I proudly say I am WOMAN and would really go for something SUPER or WONDERFUL to go with it =)
