Breakfast: SLEEP!
Lunch: A little tuna salad and some crackers, iced chocolate milk
Snacks: Cheese crackers and banana
Dinner: Salmon in Oyser Sauce w/Sesame Oil, some rice, iced tea, iceberg lettuce w/grape tomatoes, parmesan cheese and asian dressing
Dessert: half of a pecan tart
Exercise: Housekeeping and putting up the tree!

hala uy, mao ba? i think that im not eating the right stuffs. so i make up for the quantity.
