Breakfast:
quesadilla with guacamole and mango salsa
coffee with 2% milk and 2 sugars
Lunch:
shrimp tempura
vietnamese egg rolls
thai basil combination and some rice
iced lemon tea w/brown sugar
Dinner:
tuna salad w/crackers
water
Evening Snacks:
his leftover noodles about two spoonfuls blah!
NO EXERCISE! GRRRRRRR!!!

Really a super healthy diet.
is this? ow, the reason why i'm doing my food log again is because i don't know if i'm eating right anymore.
