The more I resolve to eating healthy and exercising, the more I find myself craving and stuffing my mouth with whatever I fancy. I want something salty, sweet, fruity, meaty, cheesy altogether. Oh the holidays clearly have left its mark on my palate.
There are still a few leftovers in the fridge -- potato salad, ganache, lamb, hamonada, ice cream -- which I plan to throw away within today. Otherwise, I would never stop eating!
I have gained back the inches I have lost. I don't even need to measure it because for sure my mid section feels heavy and bloated. There is no excuse for this indulgence!
Time to put away the Christmas trimmings and get back into shape =)
